premesso che non mi sentirei mai di dare un consiglio simile, non so se risolverebbe il problema.

 

Il fermo c'è perché qualcuno glie lo ha fatto mettere come "garanzia/sanzione", nel momento in cui va al PRA per denunciare la perdita di possesso questi comunicano la situazione e il fermo glie lo faranno su qualcos'altro...
