(MT-03) Clicking sound behind the headlight

Hello,

 

My MT 03 660 2007 is making a clicking noise that is coming (or i think that is coming) around the area of the headlight.

I was thinking about a relais for the fan if the engine is getting too hot. Because the clicking noise is only occurring when the engine is warm.

 

So hopefully someone has tips or been in the same situation?
