Immagino che il valori in depressione non debbano essere alti ... direi, pertanto, che dobbiamo orientare la nostra ricerca verso qualche soluzione statica.
Direi di immergere un tubetto nel flusso di scarico, o anche solo affiancare un tubetto alla parte terminale del tubo di scarico.

In pratica sfruttare l'effetto Venturi
