An easy and effective homemade trick to restore rusted parts:

1. Immerse the rusted part (or the entire part, it will not be damaged) in a bowl with vinegar for 24 hours.

2. After 24 hours into the vinegar, the chemical reaction will be done and almost all the rust will have become black in color and will be off from the metal. To remove the still remaining traces, rub them with aluminium foil just like you would be using waterproof sandpaper mode, but using vinegar.

3. Miracle done!
